Riverside Counseling is a group of individual private practice clinicians who collaboratively share space and clinical support. Each licensed counselor manages their own scheduling, and billing. Learn more about each of our clinicians below.

Tiffany Austin, LCMHC
Currently accepting child (3+), teen, and adult clients. Tiffany specializes in Complex PTSD and the resulting anxiety, depression, and relationship struggles. She is trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and other attachment based and experiential modalities. She is also trained in Child-Centered Play Therapy and directive trauma play techniques for younger clients.

Dawn Demas, LCMHC
Dawn is not accepting new clients at this time. She utilizes a client centered approach along with Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and EMDR. Dawn specializes in treating anxiety, difficult life transitions, grief and loss, and relationship issues.

Erin Stewart, LCMHC, RPT
Erin is currently accepting adults teen, and children (4+) clients. Erin is trained in EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Child-Centered Play Therapy and utilizes Expressive Art Techniques with clients. Erin specializes in treating trauma, grief, anxiety, and life transitions across the lifespan.

Kathryn "Kathee" Hagler, LCMHC
Kathee is currently accepting adults, couples, and children (4+) clients. She specializes in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, accultuation, and parenting issues. She is trained in Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR, and Triple P Level 3.

Andrea Boulware, LCMHCA

Andrea uses Client-Centered Therapy, Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Experiential, and Attachment-Based Therapies. She specializes in working with children, teens, women, and foster/adoptive families.

Tamra Roberts, LMFT-S
Tamra is currently accepting clients. For a decade, Tamra has compassionately helped individuals heal from past hurts and trauma. She is EMDRIA‑Certified in EMDR therapy, an EMDR Trainer, and has completed advanced EMDR training. Tamra provides individual EMDR intensives, group EMDR intensives, and EMDR consultation toward certification. She is also a Marriage and Family Therapy Supervisor.
Through Healing Trauma Commission, Tamra offers trauma‑focused, Christ‑centered care designed to make deep healing accessible to those who need it most.

Ashley works with adults, teens, couples and families. Ashley utilizes a client centered approach along with attachment therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and EMDR. Ashley specializes in treating anxiety/phobias, couples issues, infidelity, addictions, and trauma.

Meredith works with adults and specializes in traumatic grief, co-addiction and family struggle surrounding addiction, depression, anxiety and relational and intimacy issues. Rachel Bills, LCMHC
Rachel is currently accepting adult clients. Rachel specializes in treating trauma, dissociative issues, anxiety and depression. Rachel uses depth oriented approaches that focus on uprooting the causes of unwanted symptoms. She is it trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and ACT. She also frequently integrates somatic experiencing and mindfulness based modalities into her practice.

Meredith Greer, Intern
Meredith, a counseling intern, creates a compassionate and warm environment to support individuals through their healing journeys. She has experience working with people in ministry and guiding them through challenges such as shame, grief, family dynamics, and trauma-related issues.
